I still can’t believe it is true. The PurpleRanch Lavender Farm store is open and the shelves are stocked. Sunday night we sat inside in the dark with the moonlight shining through the French doors. The smell of lavender surrounded us and I almost hated to go in the house. Our PurpleRanch sign was lit up leaning against the porch but it was exciting to see our name in lights. The store became real in less than 20 days. The (older) Cliff did all our electrical; Brenda, (younger) Cliff, and Diane really worked to complete it in the weekends from January 1st to the 20th. This is a very short time and a lot of hard work. Jan came out on Sunday to help and was amazed at the transformation. We still have a few things to do but it is REAL now. We are looking forward to a ribbon cutting soon with lavender lemonade and lavender sugar cookies. Yummy.
By the way, we found the infamous wooden pig in the renovation. He is over 50 years old now and still around to take the blame for any mistakes or wrong doings. It’s great to have him around to blame things on again.
I’m wishing you a wonderful day with many blessings, as I continue to count mine every day.

The sun is beautiful and it’s a cold day at Purple Ranch Lavender farm but our new web page is warm with thoughts of Valentine’s Day. We are getting our boxes ready for the Canton trip and looking forward to a little warmer weather. The boxes are keepsake boxes and will remind you of a wonderful occasion. If you are planning a trip to Canton, please drop by our booth in Pavilion IV (booth 52 & 53) for a chance to visit with us and to see the boxes first hand. If nothing else, just drop by to smell the lavender.
I’m wishing you a beautiful day with lots of blessings.
